~REVIEW~ ****
This is such an emotional and heart touching story. I couldn’t
begin to imagine what either of the characters is going through. It’s just a
really sad situation to be in and it made me feel a little helpless for them.
Lucie is such a kind woman. I instantly loved her and felt
so awful for her. I wish that she hadn’t gone through what she did. As soon as
the story starts you are wondering what this woman is doing and why she’s not
able to tell anyone anything. Then you figure it out, she has amnesia. To just
wake up and realize you don’t know who you are or where you’re from is a really
horrible thing to deal with. I was so happy when they finally figured out who
she was. But still it was hard for her to not be able to remember the one
person that loved her and searched for her. Upon all of this she had so many
secrets that he wasn’t even aware of.
Grady was an amazing man. My heart broke for him every time
because the woman he loved and adored. His future, the woman he was to marry,
didn’t even remember who he was or that she loved him. But even though it was
hard he still held onto hope that she’d remember him or at least still love him
because he didn’t want to be with anyone else but Lucie.
This book will take you on a journey of two people who try
to remember who they are together and Lucie trying so hard to recover her
memories and remember this amazing man who cares for her. Will she still choose him? Well you have to read to find that out.
