Oh my, what can I say about the one and only Jake Becker! The man is beyond extraordinary. I knew from the very start that he was going to be a man who would snatch everyone’s heart, including Chelsea’s and no one would be getting it back. He is a man of power, it pours from him. But he is also one of the strongest, sweetest, and most caring men you are ever going to meet in the book world. He just has something about him that will leave you begging for more. I loved and adored how he stuck his neck out for Chelsea and her nieces and nephews. Once he met them and was in their life he was there and he never left. He was a man of his word and showed so much kindness to them that my heart was filled with nothing but admiration and love for his character.

Chelsea is such a wonderful and amazing woman. I couldn’t help but have the upmost admiration for her as well. She was taking care of her brother’s kids no questions asked because they were family and that’s what family does. Everything that she endures will leave you holding your breath and even crying a time or too. It’s so heartbreaking and you can’t help but be so glad that her knight in shining armor is Jake.

So if you enjoy a book that has everything this is the book for you. It’s full of romance, love, sadness, sexiness and over all a story about two people who have to fight to keep each other because of their situations. It is without a doubt awe-inspiring and Jake Becker is breathtaking and chivalrous. I just can’t seem to stop bragging on him; Emma Chase has given me one heck of a great read and a top new book boyfriend. You’ll love him.
