I am super excited and humbled to announce that Verna Loves Books has reached its One year Blogiversary this month. I can’t believe that a year ago I decided to start my book blog. It just doesn’t seem like it’s been that long, time definitely flies by when you’re having fun and doing something you love. I need to say my first Thank you to Amber for pushing me to start my own blog and for believing in me that I could do it. I love you babe, You’re the best! And Nikki, you have become one of my very best friends, thanks so much for standing by me and always taking my side. You're an amazing lady as well.
~To start off I have to say a HUGE Thank you to all the girls on the blog who have helped me through this year and area always up for anything I can come up with. Bree, Tess, Randi and Laveda are the amazing women who helped Verna Loves Books become as wonderful as it. I couldn’t imagine doing any of this without these wonderful ladies who have become my friends.
*Bree you are a wonderful and amazing friend. Always looking out for me and no matter what happens I know I can always count on you. You are just the best and I love you to death.
*Tess we became friend’s way before I even started my blog and I am so thankful for that every day because you have always been remarkable. I know that I can always count on you to help me and keep me on my feet.
*Randi I am so thankful to have you on board. You are always so nice and I love chatting with you and reading your reviews. There always so insightful. Thanks for all you do.
*Laveda, what can I say, but that I love you to pieces. You always had my back no matter what and I was so excited to have you as part of my team and you will always be one of my best book friends and I wish you all the luck and happiness in the world with your new blog.
~Next, I have to thank two amazing people who helped design Verna Loves Books. Rachael Orman & Rick Chiantaretto I absolutely love and adore both of you more than you could possibly know.
*Rachael thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you have done for me. You have helped me from the beginning and always give me tips and guide me. I don’t know what I would’ve done without you. Not to mention you introduced me to one of my favorite book boyfriends, well two ;) Cole & John. I can’t wait for your next book to come out, I’m beyond excited. So thank you for giving the blog its first and very sexy look.
*Rick, my favorite stalker in the world. I honestly don’t think I could adore you more than I do. You are a remarkable man and I am so blessed to have you as a friend. You have done so much for me and never ask anything in return. You are the sweetest, funniest and most amazing friend ever. I was beyond blessed to have you start stalking me and supporting me, so thank you so much. Not to mention you became one of my favorite authors EVER. I just love you to death. Hehe Pun intended ;)
~I also want to say a Thank you to all the other blogs who have shared my page and helped me with blog tours and other blog related things. You all rock! I am so thankful for all the blogger friends I have made this year that have gave me advice and helped make my blog a success. There are so many of you so if I leave you out don’t think I have forgotten you because it’s not possible. Thank you Isa, Joanne, Kim, Amber, Nikki, Kathy, Christy, Amy, Janett, Rachael, Heather & Crystal. I’m sure there’s a ton more, so thank you EVERYONE!!
~Now I can’t say Thank You without mentioning the authors that make this blogging thing so much fun for me. I have had the pleasure of spotlighting and reviewing for some of the most amazing authors out there. I am thankful for each of you every day because you saw this little blog and you helped to pump it up to what it is now. I know I’m not like really huge, but it feels that way to me because of how many amazing people like and follow the blog every day. So thank you authors for wanting to be on the blog and for supporting it every time that you do. I have to mention a few authors who have really impacted me during my year of blogging.
